Our Story

Faithful Footsteps (FF) was created the summer of 2019 by Emily Wurster and Hannah Bailey. Two teenagers girls took a mission trip down to TCM and fell in love with the place. They came back home feeling changed and determined to follow their new calling from God, to support TCM. It started with just one need, shoes. The girls did a shoe drive and they ended up buying every child pairs of shoes! It was so successful that the teens decided to continue to grow Faithful Footsteps and expand to not only shoes, but any need TCM might have. To this today, Faithful Footsteps is still growing and continuing to follow God’s calling to take this organization to wherever He may have it. We encourages everyone to consider taking a missions trip to TCM. If mission work is not your thing, that is okay! Giving is such an amazing way to help TCM and show God’s love from your own home. The President of the FF board, Emily Wurster, would be happy to connect you to this amazing organization! Just click the ‘contact us’ tab on the top right hand corner!

“My mission’s trip to TCM was truly the most life-changing, faith growing thing I have ever done. If someone told me at the age of 17 I would start a non-profit I would think you were crazy but now, I feel so blessed to be called by God to do this. I have fallen in love with every kid at TCM.” - Emily Wurster
